Service and Maintenance Excellence

AST London provides both installation and maintenance services. For new installations, we progress each client through a tried-and-tested procedure that starts with an initial meeting, followed by advice and discussion. Once the client has a full understanding of the solution being offered, we present a proposal and quotation, as well as a detailed design and concept for the security solution. Once the client agrees, we carry out the installation, followed by thorough testing. We then hand over the system to the client and provide full training for its use.
